Allison Laframboise

• By participating in this online yoga/movement class or personal growth training or program with Allison Gemmel Laframboise I hereby agree to the following:

1.     That I am participating in the Yoga Classes and / or Training or program offered by Allison Gemmel Laframboise during which I will receive information and instruction about Yoga, health and / or personal growth. I recognize that Yoga involves physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

2.     I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Yoga Class & Trainings with Allison Gemmel Laframboise. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition, which would prevent my full participation in the Yoga Class.

3.  I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a mental health professional if I have any mental or psychological challenges, disorders or disabilities that would affect my participation in the Yoga Class and / or trainings or programs with Allison Gemmel Laframboise. I represent and warrant that I am mentally healthy and have no mental, emotional or psychological challenges or conditions which would prevent my full participation in the Yoga Class,  Training, and / or program. 

4.     In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Yoga Class, Training and / or program, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the class, training, or program.

5.     In further consideration by participating in the Yoga Class, training or program, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Allison Gemmel Laframboise for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the class, training or program.

6.     I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.

7.     I understand that Allison Gemmel Laframboise is not a medical physician or psychologist and the information and instruction which I receive is not medical or psychological advice or diagnosis. All suggestions and comments relating to the use of props, poses, moves and instruction are not required to be performed by me and are carried out at my election. Nothing contained in Allison’s yoga videos or materials should be construed as any form of such medical or psychological advice or diagnosis. 

8.     I understand that technical challenges may occur that prevent the live classes from happening as scheduled. I also understand that in the event that a live class cannot take place, I will have access to the recording of the class.  

9.     I understand that results are not guaranteed.

10.     I understand that I must be at least 18 years of age to participate in online classes, trainings and programs with Allison Gemmel Laframboise.

11.    I understand that all sales are final and my purchase is not refundable. 

12.    I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
